Refund & Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of wellness, food, and personal care products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted if:

  • The product is damaged during transit.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product is defective on arrival.

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery and supported by photographs.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following are generally not eligible for return once delivered:

  • Organic food products
  • Herbal powders
  • Ayurvedic products
  • Dry fruits
  • Personal care products
  • Opened or used items
  • Products with broken seals
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective)

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days, subject to payment provider timelines.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
